We only know pieces of Willow’s story, but we plan to give her a happily ever after. She was born in November of 2024,purchased from a pet store and soon after put on a chain in the backyard and left to starve. After months a concerned neighbor reached out to Chained Dog Milwaukee, their mission is to educate, provide resources and support to chained dogs in the underserved areas of Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The Chained Dog volunteer went to check on Willow and offer help. The owner declined help and said they left her to starve, but they did allow Willow to leave with the volunteer.
Willow is thriving in her foster home and will be adopted by her foster family once her vetting is complete.
All rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application, vet reference and a home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. For additional information please email info@ddbrescue.org
