In June of 2025 Rebel’s dad was no longer able to care for him and asked for our help finding him a hospice home. Rebel has a grade 6/6 heart murmur, enlarged heart, sever sub-aortic stenosis. Rebel is living with a volunteer foster family in New York. He just celebrated his fifth birthday.
Dogue de Bordeaux Rescue is a foster based, all volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit charity dedicated to rescuing neglected and abandoned Dogue de Bordeaux, rehabilitating and re-homing them into loving forever homes in the continental United States.
