Leo

Ready to Adopt
In late February Leo was found as a stray and taken to a shelter. At intake Leo had an injured leg, an eye infection and was full of worms. Leo arrived to his foster home mid March and was best described as a big, rambunctious puppy with no manners, he played very rough and was mouthy. Leo is now well behaved and has attended basic obedience classes.  Leo loves to go for walks and has regular visits with some of the neighbor. If you are in Peoria you may have seen him at the farmer’s market, he’s a regular.  Leo would do best with a fenced yard..
Applications are available  https://ddbrescue.org/adoption-application/

All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application, vet reference and a home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. For additional information please email pam@ddbrescue.org

Dogue de Bordeaux Rescue is a foster based, all volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit charity dedicated to rescuing neglected and abandoned Dogue de Bordeaux, rehabilitating and re-homing them into loving forever homes in the continental United States.
