Cooper is a very sweet and loving five years old. He was picked up as a stray in very poor condition, only weighing 55 pounds, had infections in both ears, dental issues including diseased teeth with heavy tarter/plaque and some exposed roots.
Cooper receives four small meals of kibble, turkey and vegetables a day. He is eating well but does not chew much of his food because of his mouth pain. Once he is healthy enough for surgery he will be neutered and have his much-needed dental treatment.
Cooper gets along great with other dogs. Loves going for walks. He has been very friendly and gentle to everyone he has been introduced to. he is great in the car and loves to go! Cooper will counter surf for food but being a stray that is understandable. He is crate trained.
All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application and reference/home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them.
