One year old Shelby just had entropion surgery. Prior to surgery the poor girl kept her eyes shut most of the time to avoid further irritation.
Entropion is an uncomfortable or painful condition in which the eyelids roll inward, allowing the eyelashes (or other hair) to rub against the cornea and irritate it. The upper and/or lower eyelids can be involved, and the condition can occur in either one eye or both.
Shelby is slowly being introduced to the other dogs in her foster home.
We will update Shelby’s information once she becomes settled in her foster home.
All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application, vet reference and a home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. For additional information please email us info@ddbrescue.org
