In late May we welcomed six year old Rosalina. When Rosalina arrived we thought she may be pregnant, you can see how big her abdomen was in her intake photos. She had an ultrasound and was not pregnant, she had a very bad bladder infection and stones in her bladder. She was prescribed antibiotics for the infection and medication to hopefully dissolve the stones. Once Rosalina recovers from the infection she will be spayed and the bladder stones removed if necessary. The surgery estimate is estimated is $3,000 to $3,300
Rosalie is also emotionally unwell and very stressed with the change in her environment. She does let her foster mom pet her but she can not be handled enough to be bathed.
All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application, vet reference and a home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. For additional information please email yvette@ddbrescue.org
