Four year old Paris is a great family dog and proved it to her foster family when not 1, but 3 children came to visit. The kids ranged in age from 3 to 11 and Paris loved them all. Though it is best if Paris is an only dog, she has been non-reactive to other dogs and running bunnies (!) when on leash; she also gets along wonderfully with 3 cats in the foster home. She has been on several hikes in the past few months, ranging from 3 to just under 6 miles, including participation in Dog Days at the Desert Botanical Garden where she was among lots of other dogs and people and did great. Paris loves neighborhood walks too, and, of course, car rides. She is wonderful in a crate and will go in there by herself if the door is left open – it is her favorite place to chew, when not on the couch! The TV watching continues, with Peter the Rabbit being her current movie fav!
All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application, vet reference and a home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. For additional information please email marie@ddbrescue.org
