Malachai is a 2 year old male that came to us when his family could no longer care for him. When he first came into rescue he was very shy and uncertain. It took him a while to open up to his foster family and become comfortable in his new surroundings. This may happen again when he moves into his forever home so you must have patience with him and not be alarmed if he takes some time to bond with you. Malachai is a loving fellow and he is friendly when meeting new people. He gets along well with female dogs but does not like other male dogs. He has never been near cats so that is unknown. He is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. Kids should be over the age of 12 years.
All rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application, vet reference and a home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. For additional information please email info@ddbrescue.org
