Remi

Adopted

Remi has had a rough life, she is covered in scars and we believe she was used for breeding and after producing multiple litters she was dumped. She is heartworm positive, has bilateral entropion, pendulous tumors and extreme separation anxiety. We suspect she had a broken jaw that went untreated. Most of Remi’s vetting is complete and she will begin her heartworm treatment in early August.  Remi is extremely sweet and likes to give kisses. She is adjusting to her foster home and  goes for a pack walk twice a day and loves being part of the group. Her favorite activity is to ride in the truck with her foster dad. Her separation anxiety is declining.

All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application, vet reference and a home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. For additional information please email us  info@ddbrescue.org

Dogue de Bordeaux Rescue is a foster based, all volunteer, 501(c)3 non-profit charity dedicated to rescuing neglected and abandoned Dogue de Bordeaux, rehabilitating and re-homing them into loving forever homes in the continental United States.
