Elliot is being adopted by his foster family!
Ten month old Elliot has been living in a house for the last week, he had only lived in a kennel or barn prior to now. He is adjusting well, it is amazing seeing his personality flourish as he is being treated like a member of the family. He is doing great with house training and has not had any accidents. He has met his foster siblings and loves to run and play. We suspect Elliot has an elongated soft palate and he will be seeing the vet shortly.
An elongated soft palate is a congenital hereditary disorder. He is having loud labored breathing and difficultly eating.
All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application and reference/home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. Please contact Pam with any questions about Elliot. pam@ddbrescue.org
