Copper did have an older female Dogue de Bordeaux that was his guide in life, but she recently passed away. Without her is alone and afraid of everything.
Copper needs a leader dog to show him everything isn’t as scary as he thinks. When he is around other dogs, he is much more confident and therefore not skittish or frightened. Without another dog to lead the way he is nervous until he gets close to something and deems it not a threat.
Copper may have a vision problem, but he was seen by two different vets and a behavior specialist, and all have said they see no obvious red flags or anything of concern. He LOVES other dogs and does well with cats. He is up to date on shots and neutered.
All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application and reference/home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them.
