Update- 4/23/2023 Truman now weighs 85 pounds! He has gained thirty pounds and is getting healthier everyday.
Meet Truman!
Truman is a very sweet boy that has had a tough life.
Truman weighs just 55 pounds, he is very thin, all his ribs and hip bones are protruding. Truman’s eyes are crusty and he is missing hair around them. He is being treated for kennel cough and whip worms.
We are thankful that we can help him and show him a better life. Tonight he will go to sleep with a full tummy in a nice warm bed.
Truman is being fostered in Texas and believed to be four to six years old. We will post additional information as he is evaluated.
All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application, vet reference and a home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. For additional information please email us info@ddbrescue.org
