Horace in CT

Horace has been adopted by his foster mom!!!

Horace is a 5 year old male Dogue de Bordeaux that came into rescue August 2017. He is in pretty bad shape and needs the following vetting:

Heartworm treatment as he is heart worm positive
Dental as his teeth are horrendous
Entropian surgery as his eye lids are rolling on, scratching his eyes
Neuter, blood work and basic standard vetting that we do for all dogs coming into our program.

Horace is a very sweet boy, but a mess medically. DDBR will get him all taken care of and we will find him an awesome home.
DDB Rescue is an all volunteer, 501c3 charity for the breed. Your donations are tax deductible to the extent of the law and go to help the dogues in our program. Without your generous donations, we cannot continue to bring in dogues like Horace as they go above and beyond our standard adopt fee and we just cannot afford to do it without your help. Thank you!

If you are that someone special that can open your home to a wonderful boy please go to our website and complete our on line adoption application www.ddbrescue.org.  If you have any questions about Dolly please contact Marie at resq4dogues@optimum.net.

All of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application and reference/home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them.

Donations are needed to help with our medical expenses. There are many special needs dogues in the program. Your tax deductible donations are greatly needed and appreciated.
