Gracie Lou in MO

Prior to her surrender  Gracie Lou’s family described her as anxious, extremely nervous by their little kids and not playful.

One year old,Gracie Lou arrived weighing 55 pounds with her hip bones and ribs showing. Gracie Lou has teeth full of tarter and an infection in her mouth.  She was poorly breed and has a two kinks in her tail.  Gracie Lou was described upon intake as jumpy to touch and seemed on edge. She has scares on her ears from fly strikes and most likely spent a lot of time outside. She does not seem to know what to do when in the house.

Gracie Lou is making great progress in her foster home. She loves to play with the other dogs and each day you can see more of her personality. She is mot best described as happy go lucky. She has gained some weight and will be ready for adoption in early February. Prior to her adoption she will be  spayed and we will have her teeth cleaned.

All  of our rescues are spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and micro chipped before being placed. Completed application and reference/home check required. We do NOT ship or fly rescues as it’s too stressful on them. For additional info on any of the dogs in this region, please email
